Abuse policy
What we ignore, what we act on, and how to file a report that actually gets read.
Ditelix is abuse tolerant by design. Most complaints we receive are dismissed, because tolerating controversial workloads is the entire point of the service. This page explains exactly where that line sits.
Complaints we dismiss
- DMCA and copyright takedown notices
- General "abuse" reports about scanning or traffic
- Spam and bulk-email complaints
- Phishing and fraud reports
- Requests to identify a customer without lawful compulsion
- Malware, C2 / CNC and stress-testing reports
Reports we act on immediately
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — instant, permanent termination
- Coordination of real-world terrorism or targeted violence
- Attacks against Ditelix infrastructure or other customers
- Activity threatening the stability of our upstream network
How to report
If your report concerns something in the "act on" column, send it to our abuse desk and we will respond fast. Everything else will be closed without action.
- 1Email abuse@ditelix.site with the offending IP or domain.
- 2Include evidence (URLs, timestamps in UTC, screenshots).
- 3State which prohibited category applies.
Response time
Reports covering prohibited content are triaged within 1 hour, 24/7. CSAM reports are escalated immediately.
