By ordering or using any Ditelix service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ditelix provides bulletproof virtual private servers (VPS) and domain registration with crypto billing and no KYC.

All plans include full root access, DDoS protection, and are hosted in offshore locations selected for their relaxed reporting requirements.

You may register and operate your account anonymously. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

Because we cannot verify identity, we cannot recover an account for you beyond the email on file. Lost access is your responsibility.

Services are billed monthly and paid in cryptocurrency in advance. Prices are shown per month.

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on your first VPS. After that window, payments are non-refundable.

If a payment is not renewed, the associated server is suspended and later deleted.

We target 99.99% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Uptime commitments do not apply to downtime caused by your own configuration or by usage that exceeds plan resources.

We may suspend or terminate a server that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, threatens our network, or is used for content prohibited under section 3 of the AUP.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ditelix is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the offshore jurisdiction in which the relevant service is hosted.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
