Acceptable Use Policy

Ditelix exists because most hosts terminate accounts at the first complaint. We do not. Our network is built to tolerate activity that other providers reject.

This policy defines what is permitted on our infrastructure and the narrow set of things that are absolutely prohibited.

The following are allowed on Ditelix servers: DDoS tooling and stress-testing infrastructure, malware development and research, command-and-control (C2 / CNC) panels, network scanners, spam operations, and phishing kits.

High-risk, privacy-sensitive, and controversial projects are welcome. We do not judge your workload.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, instant termination, and permanent ban.

Content that promotes or coordinates real-world terrorism or violence against specific persons.

Attacks against Ditelix infrastructure, other Ditelix customers, or the upstream networks we depend on.

You are solely responsible for the legality of your activity in your own jurisdiction and the jurisdictions you target.

Operating on Ditelix does not make any activity legal where you are. That risk is yours alone.

DMCA notices are ignored. Standard copyright and abuse complaints are dismissed.

Reports alleging content prohibited under section 3 are reviewed and acted on immediately.

When we must act, we prefer the narrowest possible response. Section 3 violations result in immediate, permanent termination without refund.

We do not proactively monitor customer servers.
